Known for his strategic leadership and commitment to community empowerment, he is a respected figure in the non-profit sector.

Managing Director

Over 19 years of experience in Cambodia’s non-profit sector. With a Bachelor’s in Business Administration focusing on Human Resources, he excels in administration, finance, logistics, HR, program development, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E). Samnang is responsible for developing and implementing PKO’s strategic vision, overseeing daily operations, financial planning, and compliance. He also leads program design, M&E frameworks, and stakeholder relationships, driving our mission of sustainable development and community empowerment.

As a certified accountant with a strong background in HR management, Naykim is dedicated to fostering a productive and supportive workplace environment.
