Future Leader Center
Future Leader Center (FLC) is dedicated to empowering graduated youth in Battambang Province, Cambodia, by providing them with essential hard and soft skills to enhance their employability. FLC offers comprehensive training in hard skills such as English, Thai, and computer proficiency, alongside soft skills development in leadership, career readiness, and practical internship programs. Through these initiatives, FLC equips young people with the tools and information services needed to secure decent jobs, foster personal growth, and contributing to the prosperity of their communities.
Goal

English Course
English Course: Our course focuses on career-specific vocabulary from the “Management Book,” enhancing practical language skills for the job market. It emphasizes communication skills essential for professional environments, preparing students for careers where English proficiency is crucial.
Thai Course
Thai Course: Our course offers comprehensive training in reading, writing, and speaking Thai. It enhances job opportunities by equipping youth with essential regional language skills, boosting employability in neighboring countries.
Computer Course
Computer course covers essential digital skills, starting with basic computer and digital literacy. It includes Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Additionally, the course offers graphic design and multimedia training using Adobe Photoshop and Canva, and video editing skills for producing professional-quality videos. This well-rounded training equips participants with the necessary tools for various digital roles.
Career Readiness Skills
Our program equips graduates with essential skills for the professional world, including effective communication, time management, problem-solving, critical thinking, teamwork, professional etiquette, and CV and cover letter writing. These skills help participants navigate and excel in their careers.
Leadership Skills
Our program emphasizes leadership development, training graduates in strategic thinking, decision-making, conflict resolution, project management, and influential motivational techniques. These skills prepare participants to lead effectively and inspire others in the workplace.
Community Projects and Internships Program
To enhances youth employability and community involvement by offering hands-on experience through community projects and internships. These projects address local needs like environmental conservation and health awareness, helping participants apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges while developing practical skills, teamwork, and leadership. Internships with local businesses, non-profits, and government agencies provide professional experience, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
