On 10 February 2026, the Future Leader Center (FLC), an initiative of Puthi Komar Organization (PKO), hosted a project orientation and introduction event for partners and stakeholders at Coconut House in Battambang.
The event introduced participants to the Future Leader Center’s services and its commitment to supporting young people as they prepare for their education, careers and future leadership roles.
During the orientation, the FLC team presented three key areas of support: soft-skills training, leadership development and internship opportunities. These services are designed to help young people strengthen their confidence, workplace readiness, communication abilities and practical professional experience.
FLC interns also shared their personal experiences and reflected on the knowledge and skills they had gained through their professional journeys. Their stories demonstrated how practical learning opportunities can help young people develop personally and prepare for employment.
The event provided an important opportunity for participants, partners and the FLC team to exchange ideas and provide constructive feedback. These discussions will help strengthen collaboration and improve future activities for young people.
