Who We Are
Puthi Komar Organization (PKO) is a local Cambodian organization established in 2005 and headquartered in Battambang Province. PKO works alongside children, young people, families, schools, communities, local authorities and development partners to create practical opportunities for learning, participation and sustainable development.
Over more than two decades, PKO's experience has evolved across education, child protection and inclusion, youth development, scholarships, community resilience, livelihoods and digital learning. Our work combines direct support with capacity building, community participation, partnership and local ownership.
PKO believes sustainable change is strongest when children and young people are supported not in isolation, but together with the families, schools, communities and systems around them.
