On 30 July 2026, Puthi Komar Organization (PKO) joined the Techo Sen Regional Polytechnic Institute of Battambang and U-GO in signing a Memorandum of Understanding to expand technical and vocational education and create better learning and employment opportunities for young people.
Mr. Lim Sophea, Executive Director of PKO, attended the signing ceremony and reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to supporting Cambodian youth as they develop practical skills and prepare for the workplace.
Through this partnership, the three organizations will work together to connect education and training with the needs of the labour market. The collaboration aims to help young people access relevant vocational learning, improve their employability and move toward more secure and meaningful careers.
The partnership also reflects a shared commitment to reducing the gap between education and employment. By bringing together educational expertise, community-based support and employment-focused opportunities, the organizations aim to create clearer pathways for young people to transition from learning into work.
PKO believes that strong partnerships are essential for equipping young people with the knowledge, confidence and practical skills they need to build better futures.
PKO sincerely appreciates the Techo Sen Regional Polytechnic Institute of Battambang and U-GO for their collaboration and shared commitment to empowering Cambodian youth.
