On 31 July 2026, Puthi Komar Organization (PKO), Build Bright University’s Battambang Campus (BBU) and U-GO officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding to expand educational opportunities for students from low-income families.

The partnership focuses on providing higher-education scholarships to students who may otherwise face financial barriers to continuing their studies. It aims to help deserving young people access university education and develop the knowledge and skills needed to build more secure futures.

In addition to scholarships, the collaboration will create opportunities for internships, study visits and career-development pathways. These experiences will allow students to apply their academic knowledge, gain practical workplace skills and better understand potential career options.

By connecting financial assistance, university education and practical professional experience, the partnership seeks to provide students with more comprehensive support throughout their educational journeys.

This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to ensuring that a student’s financial circumstances do not prevent them from pursuing higher education and meaningful employment.

PKO sincerely appreciates Build Bright University’s Battambang Campus and U-GO for their partnership and commitment to creating life-changing opportunities for Cambodian youth.
