CASE STUDIES

A Deeper Look at Change, Practice and Learning

PKO case studies examine specific experiences from our programs in greater depth—bringing together context, action, evidence, challenges and lessons to understand how change happens.

ABOUT OUR CASE STUDIES

More Than a Success Story

A PKO case study looks closely at a specific person, group, school, community, intervention or implementation experience. Unlike a short success story, it should explain the starting situation, what PKO and its partners did, what evidence shows, what challenges remained and what can be learned from the experience. Case studies do not need to show perfect results. A useful case study may document progress, limitations, unexpected results or lessons that can improve future programming.
